In my practice, I adopt a humanistic approach that places a strong emphasis on social justice and somatic work. I believe that as humans navigating our daily lives, our experiences are not solely cognitive but deeply felt within our bodies. Creating a safe space to delve into our inner awareness, understanding our narratives, and recognizing how our bodies respond to our experiences lays a foundation for our therapeutic journey. I weave together cognitive-behavioral therapy and body psychotherapy, informed by polyvagal theory, parts work, and attachment theory, all within an experiential framework.
I merge Western and Eastern healing practices, incorporating mindfulness and ritual to facilitate both individual and collective healing. I strive to foster an environment where compassion, curiosity, and openness thrive, as I believe these are essential ingredients for healing to take place.
