In my practice, I adopt a humanistic approach that places a strong emphasis on social justice and somatic work. I believe that as humans navigating our daily lives, our experiences are not solely cognitive but deeply felt within our bodies. I weave together cognitive-behavioral therapy and body psychotherapy, informed by polyvagal theory, parts work, and attachment theory, all within an experiential framework.
