My goal is to help you evolve into the person you want to be. I want to work with you to identify your passions, personality, strengths, and weaknesses and forge a path to fulfillment. The goals you set will be the focal point of our time together.

We will have to address weaknesses and problems to get you where you want to be. You may struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, or something else. We can handle those things. All along we will stay motivated by the end goal, and in the end, if you stay the course, you will be the person and live the life you want.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I’ve provided counseling services for the past 15 years. I spent four years directing community based, outpatient treatment programs. Now, I spend my time and energy trying to maximize my own potential as I help others maximize theirs.
