Soul Speak
A grounded, authentic emotional expression group . Meets weekly for 3 months, closed after 2nd meeting. Guided by trained, professional facilitator (Gretchen Stecher, MA). Begins and ends with heart-centering, guided meditation. Learn and use safe touch with permission (every time) for grounded support in order to access unconscious emotions that want to move and complete. Benefits include decreased anxiety, greater self-awareness, increased serenity, selfcare and self-trust, decreased/eliminated chronic pain, strengthened personal boundaries, increased compassion and love for self, deeper capacity for treating oneself and others with kindness (both gently and fiercely.) We utilize a specific writing process using words that DO NOT PRODUCE SHAME. It uncovers unconscious patterns that underpin distressful self-talk.
