Good Grief: A Creative-Arts Grief and Loss Group
This group is a healing space for all types of loss to share and process your grief. Facilitated by Virg Augoustatos, MA, LMHCA, the group will co-create communal and personal strategies for being with your grief. Drawing from the creative arts, drama therapy, ritual, and somatic practices, this group offers a unique alternative to healing that privileges authentic expression. The group is a 6-week commitment and is held on Tuesdays from 7-9pm in Seattle. The next group will begin in November. Total close of the six-week group is $450. Sliding scale available upon request.

Nature Therapy for Stress and Anxiety Relief
In this outdoor group, you will deepen your awareness of the cycle of stress and anxiety and develop skills and strategies for flexible, adaptive responses to internal and external stressors. We will explore various evidence-based techniques and learn how to regulate the nervous system for stress reduction and increased resiliency. The group will take place at The Washington Arboretum in Seattle, WA (exact location provided upon registration). Facilitated by Jenny Gerow, LMHCA, and Virg Augoustatos, LMHCA. The group runs four consecutive Wednesdays, from 6:30-8 pm. The next group will begin when enrollment is full. The cost is $400; limited sliding scale available.
