Although life may fall apart, our identity may seem lost, or we spiral into self hatred because of things we are afraid to talk about, this is an opportunity for healing and evolution. I approach the messiness of being human with non judgement, authenticity, and sometimes a good dose of humor as needed.
In my Women's Therapy practice, I specialize in the healing of trauma. Areas of expertise are complex trauma, childhood sexual abuse, and sexual assault. I also specialize in Reproductive Mental Health. I am certified in EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Neuropsychotherapy. I am a Mental Health Provider with Pro-Choice Therapists Network.
