Our passion is making therapeutic topics relatable, accessible, and enjoyable. We recognize that we are each unique and like the variations of different house plants, we all require individualized care. We want to help you see yourself as the expert in your life and while we can't control life’s rainstorms, we can teach you new skills that can help you you weather those inevitable storms.
As a completely virtual practice, we aim to make therapy a convenient, and safe environment for you to express yourself, reflect, and grow. Throughout our professional careers we have each adopted a gentle and strengths based approaches, while aligning with solution focused therapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, & coaching strategies.
We work to create a safe place so that you can cultivate the life that you deserve. As virtual therapists, our goals are to allow your healing to be convenient, and accessible from the safety of your own home, office, etc. Our hope is that together we can collaborate to work through your challenges while highlighting your strengths and wisdom.
