I have been working in the field of social work for over 20 years with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual abuse and other traumas, low self esteem, domestic violence, eating disorders and family issues.
I find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused therapies are most effective in resolving problems.
