I want to be a part of your healing process. Life is not easy and sometimes it is difficult to navigate life's stressors alone. I would like to be of service to you and to help you realize that you have the potential for feelings of peace, stability, happiness, health and prosperity. I have been working in the field of social work for over 20 years with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual abuse and other traumas, low self esteem, domestic violence, eating disorders and family issues.
I find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused therapies are most effective in resolving problems.
My practice is unique and truly one of a kind. I am located in a cozy office setting that is a safe relaxed environment that is intended to support growth and healing. Give me a call and lets begin to figure out solutions that work for you.
