Hello! My name is Hannah Bullar. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. In my career I have worked with ages 3-35. I have worked in early childhood, maternal depression, and in preschools as well as high schools and everything in between. If you are ready to better understand yourself, learn to manage anxiety, or process trauma I am here to help.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use this type of therapy to reduce negative beliefs and enhance positive beliefs. EMDR is effective with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and more. I have also been learning and pulling from Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions to help clients understand their inner workings.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in elementary school and know first hand how invalidating it is to live in a society where premium is placed on the neurotypical.
