I believe we are all capable of changing our lives to feel happier more of the time. I am a Clinical Psychologist experienced in addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, adjustment problems (e.g. changing careers, getting married/divorced, starting graduate school, having children etc.), perinatal issues, relationship/family issues, depression, issues with sex and sexual identity, gender questioning/exploration, and trauma.
I am a real person in the room with my clients and I am constantly working to understand and ally with the client's valid experience of the world and not to force my world view onto them. I work primarily using Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy model of therapy as well as mindfulness and an Intersectional Feminist perspective.
