Using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic therapy, we’ll work together to identify and heal the parts of you that are holding pain, fear, or self doubt.
My approach is holistic and body-centered. I will support you in understanding the connection between your mind and body. We’ll use somatic techniques to help you tune into your body’s wisdom and release stored emotions and trauma. Through IFS, we’ll explore different parts of your system helping you find greater self compassion and clarity.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and rediscover your sense of aliveness.
