Welcome! My clients are often caught in a web of anxiety, perfectionism, achievement, and self-doubt. Many of my clients have experienced traumatic events and relationships, from difficult parents to difficult partners, and wonder "Why does this keep happening?" In addition, I work with women who manage chronic health conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, and other invisible, chronic conditions.

I'm an empathetic listener and I also ask questions, provide feedback, and share a laugh with you. I use evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR, parts work, and attachment-based therapy. I'm certified in EMDR and work with people to overcome a traumatic single event or clients with complex trauma and dissociative symptoms who need more specialized care.
