My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, solution focused therapy and sex-positive therapy to help clients navigate their experiences and foster healthier connections.
As an AASECT certified Sex Therapist, I offer special support in the areas of Sex Therapy, navigating difficult relationship conversations, postpartum issues, teen issues, grief, anxiety, depression and including feelings of guilt, shame and worthlessness. I am passionate about helping clients achieve greater sexual satisfaction and relational harmony.
