Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed? At Heatherstone Counseling Services, we believe that a warm, caring, and supportive therapeutic relationship is imperative to the success of our clients. Building trust, and helping people work towards achieving their personal goals is what we strive to do in each and every session. We understand that challenges and difficult moments can be a part of the therapy process, and we aim to support our clients as they move through those experiences. Our hope is that each and every person that we meet in practice will experience personal growth, self understanding, and improved health.
We have many years of experience working with adults, teen/adolescents, children, families, and couples. We offer DBT and CPT trained therapists, and also have a Certified Trauma Professional on staff. We also have clinicans who have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, one of the most effective types of couples work.
