Hi! I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology. I value the uniqueness of my clients and use various proven techniques to help them heal. My specialty is assisting clients suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and trauma. I'm also fluent in Spanish.

I tailor my approach for each individual client. Some of the many clinical methods I may use are Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
