Change can be scary; we will build off the strengths and resources you already have to make change feel possible. I see therapy as a collaboration between therapist and clients. My role is to provide evidence based practices that allow you both to remain hopeful throughout the process of achieving the changes you each desire.
I'm certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the gold standard of relationship therapy, in addition to being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Couples seek me out to decrease conflict, improve communication, and ultimately feel greater emotional and sexual intimacy. I help relationships navigate parenting, life transition, infidelity and trauma.
