Our team utilizes an holistic approach using an eclectic mix of interventions such as Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Gestalt Therapy, EFT, REBT and other evidenced-based interventions are employed to heal, restore and transform lives.
Our team uses a strength-based approach that focuses on the client's unique needs, while building upon their God-given gifts, talents and abilities. The goal is to assist client in identifying and eventually eliminating their faulty thinking that leads to distorted beliefs, and then to maladaptive behavior patterns.
