Thank you for stopping by! I am a licensed clinical psychologist and received my doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University. I truly ascribed to a well-rounded treatment approach. I believe in a holistic approach that respects the importance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. My client base includes individuals with chronic medical conditions, depression, anxiety, bereavement concerns, and stage-of-life issues.
As such, my therapeutic approach includes collaborating with my clients to establish a plan of care that best suits their needs. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and somatics therapies to address a wide array of client issues.
My goal as a psychologist is to provide culturally-competent care which seeks to alleviate psychological distress in clients. I seek to promote a positive sense of self as well as connectedness with others. I work with clients to engage in healthy behaviors and promote better functioning and satisfaction in various areas of their lives.
