I take insight oriented indirective approach to help clients to find connections to themselves.
My specialty includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, addictions. I have primarily worked with young adults-especially college students populations-from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. For addictive concerns, I use SMART recovery interventions to help clients to find self-empowering way to overcome addictive problems.
