I have extensive experience working with individuals with a range of mental health/life concerns. My approach is warm, and dynamic. I have been trained in Psychoanalytic/Relational approaches, as well as in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma.
