By exploring relationships with self, others, and environment, past and present, we identify and evaluate patterns that are disruptive and preventative to leading the kind of life and having the kinds of connections you deserve.
I utilize a psychodynamic, integrative approach tailoring work to those I am working alongside. When engaging with couples, I primarily work using the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). I specialize in working with individuals and couples during the perinatal period.
