I offer comprehensive ADHD testing for individuals 14 years and older. I utilize an integrative approach, including CBT, IFS, and mindfulness.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey with an EdS and 15 years of experience in supporting clients on their mental health and wellness journey. I love to help my clients gain the confidence to take on the challenges of everyday life stressors, ADHD, ASD, social anxiety, and other challenges associated with being neurodivergent.
