I am passionate about helping people progress through their struggles. I have experience in inpatient, outpatient, and transitional living settings. I also have experience working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and self-injury. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have professional training in DBT and ACT therapies. I am Polish speaking.
I work very well with adolescents and young adults who can sense my nonjudgmental stance and really open up to me. I also enjoy working with those going through life transitions (work, career, relationship) and help them adapt and progress through difficult changes in life.
