First and foremost, the whole process is about you, and I hope to reflect that in the warmth and care of my service and advocacy. My approaches generally are psychoeducational (engaging the head), narrative(engaging the heart), experiential /grounding (engaging the whole self: head, heart, body, and spirit).
As a former therapy skeptic and now therapist, I know therapy can be a very good thing, having received it first myself. If you have not received therapy before, I encourage you to consider taking the first step.
