I use a variety of mindfulness, psychotherapeutic, & hypnotherapy and metaphysics to help clients identify and transform self-defeating core beliefs into experiences that support healthy adult relationships and well-being. I offer mindfulness coaching, and the elite Mindful Performance (mPEAK) program developed for the US Olympic Cycling Team & Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshops are offered periodically throughout the year for entrepreneurs, medical & business professionals, & athletes.

I help clients focus on being more present in their lives with mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and psychotherapeutic techniques to identify and transform self-defeating beliefs & behaviors & better utilize and harness the power of their subconscious minds, with an awareness of the nature of reality, energy, consciousness, and the interconnectness of all things.

It takes courage to become more self-aware and emotionally resilient. Quite often we are the person standing in the way of our success. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course is an 8 Week intensive course that teaches mindfulness meditation and practices to help reduce stress, increase positive thinking and sleep while reducing anxiety and chronic pain. Each class is 2 1/2 hours and there is one 7 hour retreat day. Courses are typically offered in the Spring and Winter so please check journeymindfulness.com and subscribe for the latest news, updates, and course offerings. Tuition is $550.
