My purpose, my passion, and my plan is to serve marginalized communities in addressing and dismantling the long-term impacts of systemic racism and oppression. As a therapist and servant leader, I find fulfillment in working with individuals to navigate complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a society, we are struggling to cope with the uncertainty of tomorrow. Together, we can understand and explore the benefits in learning to operate from our value systems and not our circumstances.
I have experience working with adolescents, transitional age youth, and adults to navigate various life stressors. I have an integrative approach to the therapeutic process. The journey of healing isn’t linear nor is treatment. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to fit the needs of the individual client.
Change can be scary. It isn't easy. Yet, it's necessary. Together we will work to help you explore what can be learned from your experiences rather than judging them.
