My therapeutic approach is person-centered with a focus on non-judgement and empathy for your situations and formed opinions. My areas of focus include bereavement, emotional disorders, trauma (past or present), and personality-based conflicts. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness techniques, and Trauma Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TR-CBT).
