As both a researcher and clinician I strive to integrate evidence-based treatment practices into my work with you to produce tangible results. I incorporate humor into my work and am an engaging, self-aware practitioner.

I use an integrative and holistic approach to treatment, drawing on a person's strengths to produce outcomes-driven behavior change. I use humanistic, ethnographic and motivational approaches to help a person identify and resolve "here and now" issues that are empowering and culturally sensitive.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ individuals and couples across the lifespan and have over 15 years of experience providing services to the community in various treatment settings.
