My ideal person is someone who wants to achieve their ideal self or needs help with processing life’s stressors and is willing to put in the work to achieve that goal. I also want my clients to give themselves grace and know that this process is a journey.
My role is to come alongside as a guide to help you get to where you want to go. While I bring expertise in various counseling approaches (CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, Play Therapy, etc.), I believe you are the real expert of your life. Therefore, my practice is a collaboration of minds, empowering you to achieve your goals.
