I've received training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and play therapy. I work with children, adults, and families. I specialize in complex trauma including sexual violence, grief, and religious and developmental trauma.
