I use Internal Family Systems, attachment-based theories like EFT, family therapy theories, and a trauma focus to help clients get unstuck. I work well with clients in the helping professions like other therapists, physicians, clergy, or first responders. I have a background in substance abuse, adolescence, adult ADHD, and medical trauma.
