Helping Professionals

A weekly group for nurses, social workers, healthcare professionals, first responders, teachers--any and all whose job it is to put others before yourself. As a fellow helping professional, here's what I know: Your job is important, but often hard. Taking time for yourself is difficult and sometimes feels uncomfortable or wrong. With the right tools, we can learn how to combat things like compassion fatigue, the imposter syndrome, and burnout in order to lead sustainable and fulfilling careers and lives. Join us as we learn how to and lean into caring for ourselves while caring for others.
