Life is stressful, but you don't need to navigate that stress alone. I work with women of all ages, college students, and young adults who are navigating life transitions including those related to career, relationships, medical or health challenges, pregnancy, parenting, school, aging family, or adjusting to the United States after moving from another country. I help my clients learn and implement skills to cope with the anxiety, sadness or depression, loneliness, or other difficulties that often come during transitions and to feel confident in themselves moving forward in their lives. I provide all therapy virtually.
I work to create a therapy space that is warm, welcoming, and safe. I collaborate with each of my clients to develop a tailored treatment plan together focused on the goals you identify. I incorporate my client's strengths and their culture into treatment and bring in therapeutic techniques from trauma-informed, cognitive and behavioral therapies.
