IN-PERSON only... Anxiety, depression and trauma can interfere with our relationships, creativity, spontaneity and work. Clients who work with me can expect a collaborative, individualized approach as well as practical coping skills taught with warmth, compassion and humor.
I specialize in helping young adults (20s- early 40s) manage anxiety and depression, regulate emotions, strengthen interpersonal skills, set boundaries, develop greater self-compassion and challenge negative self-talk. Together we'll explore experiences and relationships that contribute to current patterns and develop plans for improved coping in the future.
To learn more about me and my practice, feel free to visit astoriatherapy.com for more information. I kindly request that you please EMAIL for initial queries. Please note: I am reserving spots for clients who wish to be seen in person only. Thank you!
