I use somatic-based EMDR, Natural Processing, as a therapeutic technique to assist individuals in overcoming various challenges. Throughout our lives, we encounter situations that may cause harm or discomfort. While some of these experiences may seem inconsequential, others become apparent as problematic over time. When individuals begin to grapple with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, physical symptoms, stress reactions, or emotional intolerance, they may recognize the need for change.
My focus is on providing support to individuals seeking resolution for these issues, enabling them to live fully in the present with intentionality. My post-graduate training has been centered around family therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness training, equipping me with the skills to address a wide range of concerns
My ultimate goal is to guide individuals in gaining awareness of their actions and lifestyle, empowering them to respond purposefully to life rather than reacting impulsively. Through this process, I strive to facilitate positive transformations and enhance the overall well-being of those I work with.
