I work with people who are experiencing painful emotions that make relationships difficult, especially relationships with themself. We will use Internal Family Systems to help heal the parts of us that feel untethered or hurt. I also use DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness to assist with integrating and healing the wounded parts of ourselves. People who work with me say they feel lighter, have more internal space to navigate life's issues, and feel more inner clarity.
My goal is to help you feel grounded in your truest self. I include humor, a warm heart and a direct approach to build a collaborative, safe, and empathetic environment. I believe self-compassion and light heartedness help us bravely face vulnerability. Most of the time, the hardest person to be vulnerable with is ourself. I can help you find yourself again.
