I am an experienced cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT therapist) and person centered therapist, offering tools to empower you to change your thoughts and emotions from within. I can offer support through mindfulness and help you develop stress-coping strategies. I also have experience with social coaching to help navigate complicated interpersonal issues.
