I am a clinical psychotherapist dedicated to supporting mental, emotional, and behavioral health and wellness. My work focuses on balance, awareness and mindfulness. In partnership we will work to identify integral parts of your life that directly contribute to your overall well-being. My hope is to empower you to develop and refine skills to live a life of balance. I tailor my approach to you and your goals, as well as use my professional training to support your journey. I believe in using a variety of therapeutic methods to support someone achieving their desired outcomes.

My training and professional work with individuals experiencing grief and loss, terminal illness, trauma and assault, and those identifying as LGBTQIA+, have allowed me to approach therapy in creative and unique ways. Together, our sessions will be centered around change using an empowerment approach.

With extensive experience supporting survivors of trauma, I will help you recognize your strengths by working together to make insightful connections. Using a Cognitive Behavioral lens, my goal is to build a partnership and explore ways to lessen the impact of what is happening for you right now.
