I work with children ages 12 through 19, as well as adults; specializing in anxiety, stress reduction, life coaching, adjustment disorders, couples and parent counseling.
I offer cognitive behavioral interventions, desensitization, positive reinforcement, mindfulness-based stress reduction (advanced certificate), and self-care (mental, emotional, physical). I believe in setting achievable goals and offering regular reassessment of goals so our work remains on target and efficient.
