I also specialize in couples therapy, drawing from my training in Gottman, IFS, CBT, EFT, and PACT to help couples navigate conflict and strengthen their bond. With a background as a high school math teacher, I also have extensive experience working with teens, especially those dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, or identity issues.
