Spiritual First Responders Project
Our program cultivates healthy spirituality and healing for people who have left a religious community, using methods supported by psychology. Religious “deconstruction” is a worldwide social experience being studied by experts in both psychology and religion. Our project is devoted to providing access to mental health care, and spiritual health is a big part of that. We’re creating spaces where meaningful spiritual work can be done, tailor-made for those who feel done with religion. We believe those experiencing deconstruction deserve access to the healthy spiritual meaning they desire.

Thriving with Adult ADHD
Those who have ADHD often struggle with activities of daily life, and often feel alone in that struggle. This group aims to provide peer support to individuals who have a history of ADHD, as well as cognitive-based therapy and somatic mindfulness skills. My hope is that each member can feel empowered and encouraged to lean into the strengths that they have, as well as create shifts in their habits in order to improve relationships with themselves and those around them.
