Helping Women Heal- I specialize in women's issues with expertise in anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. If you are having a difficult time managing the stress in your life, or struggling with anxiety, I'm here to help. I provide a supportive therapeutic environment where my clients explore their emotions, challenge negative thoughts, and make positive changes in their lives. In therapy, we discuss coping strategies and tools that can help you live a more balanced and fulfilling life. I use evidence-based therapy models such as (CBT), and utilize traditional "talk therapy" to help you manage and decrease your symptoms.
I have 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health and am dedicated to a profession of helping others. I graduated from New York University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and have a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Psychology. I have extensive training in psychotherapy, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
