Life throws a lot at you and it can be overwhelming. Rest and self care can feel unobtainable when you are used to being "the strong friend/family member". You are showing up for yourself today just by being here. My goal is to journey with you as learn the skills to break the patterns that keep you stuck. You don’t have to face your stressors alone. I am passionate about helping you navigate your work stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and grief. I aim to provide a safe space where you can come and express the fullness of who you are, learn skills, and embrace your healing journey in wholistic ways.
I specialize in addressing work related stress/trauma, racial identity and trauma, anxiety, boundary setting issues, depression, and life transitions. We navigate the healing process together. I value collaboration on setting goals and use identity and trauma informed evidenced based interventions to help you increase awareness and to see progress.
I am passionate about connection, the power of the therapeutic relationship and embracing our diversity. Focusing on your healing is your right. Getting started can be tough but you are one step closer to your goals. You already have done so much by starting the process to look for support. I look forward to meeting you soon.
