I possess an extensive treatment history with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, ADHD, and PTSD. In addition, my therapeutic services also include conducting evaluations for presurgical bariatric surgery, ADHD, mood and personality disorders, I practice from solutions-focused and cognitive-behavioral standpoints.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have been working with teens, adults, and families with diverse issues since 2009. I spent 15 years in my field working with children and foster parents. One thing I like to remind people is therapy does not have to be an extensive amount of time to see results and gain emotional clarity.
