Art for Recovery
On hold until further notice. No previous visual art making experience necessary. Group is intended to be place to freely explore and gain understanding of what makes you tick, what has held you back or inspired you, through the process of art making and discussion. Participants can choose whether or not to share their experience. Each session will focus on something different with the goal being to improve self-awareness, build a sense of community, feel more hopeful about the future, gain self-acceptance and appreciation, and release burdens of the past so you can feel fulfilled and at peace.
