We will use evidence-based treatment to help you learn the skills you need to tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more in a warm, non-judgemental, compassionate environment. We lead parent/guardian support groups and psychoeducational sessions. We move at your pace, using a combination of methods that work best for you.
This may include Mindfulness to increase joy and reduce stress in your day-to-day, EMDR for processing and healing from trauma, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy for both high-risk impulsive behaviors and difficulty accessing ways to balance emotions.
