My therapeutic approach includes collaborating with my clients to set goals and devise a plan. I utilize evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
I work with clients to engage in healthy behaviors and promote improved quality of life. For your convenience I offer Evening and weekend appointments.
