My approach is grounded in emotion-focused, attachment-based modalities and integrates somatic experiencing, blending existential and spiritual philosophies. I bring a fresh multicultural perspective and enjoy helping individuals and relationships heal from infidelity, trauma, attachment injuries, PTSD, anxiety, and sexual struggles.

I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT, EFIT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have advanced clinical training in Brainspotting and Trauma, Attachment Injury Repair Model, PREPARE-ENRICH, Gottman model, Discernment Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, and Existential Therapy. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education.
