I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) through PSI with nine years of experience in private practice specializing in women's mental health and overall 26 years of clinical experience in the field of Psychology and general mental health. I work mostly with women between the ages of 22-45; although, I accept all women ages 18+ whether they are in the childbearing phase of life or not including those who have no intentions of having children. My clients are motivated and ready to explore what they need as well as apply skills to help them reach their goals.

One of my passions is to give women a safe space to talk and be understood. I offer a beautiful cozy, down-to-earth and sunny office space with refreshments in a serene and quiet building in the heart of Natick Center. I am organized yet laid back, soft-spoken, sensitive and a very compassionate listener and responder.

You are in charge and in the driver's seat here. I will teach you evidence-based tools, such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, & so much more! I will offer you a plethora of resources & worksheets as needed/desired over time. I will work collaboratively with you in a partnership. I offer 1:1 individual counseling only (no couples work) to adults 18+.
