Self-Compassion Workshop
Often we attempt to mask our vulnerable and authentic self from being seen. This process of hiding goes against what we actually NEED as humans. We need CONNECTION, BELONGING & LOVE. When we can love our whole story a little deeper, our compassion grows. During this 2 hour experiential workshop you will: Learn the basics of self-compassion, Assess your unique relationship with your mind, body, heart and spirit, Utilize the skill of self-compassion and therapeutic journal inquires to increase self-awareness and self-acceptance,
