Some many people suffer in silence as they try to navigate the overwhelming currents of life. I am here to get in your boat. It is my honor to listen and learn about people's journeys. My aim is that together we would discover the strength and path for you to both survive and thrive. I am motivated by assisting people in reconciling with others, overcoming destructive behavior, establishing adaptive thought processes, and managing emotions in healthy ways.
I am a licensed counselor in Arizona with my master's degree from Grand Canyon University. I have worked with both adults and children and provided therapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups. I am trained in EMDR and often utilize CBT and DBT. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, and substance use issues.

I long to partner with people to help find relief in places of pain, hope in places of despair, and connection in places of isolation.
